Many years ago, back in what I call “the good old days,” I was in a nightclub, as I often was. I spotted this older guy on the dance floor, maybe 60 or 70 years old, surrounded by a crowd of people no older than 25. He was dancing, pulling moves, flirting, and having a great time. My mate turned to me, screamed over the music, and said, “That’ll be you at 60.” I nodded.
I thought, Yeah, of course it will. Why wouldn’t I still be out here dancing? But I had no idea how wrong I was.
I’m Michael Dawson, the author of Quit Your Diet: Think to Shrink, and if you’re sick of calorie counters, yo-yo diets, then you’re in the right place. I’ve built a simple 14-day roadmap to help you stop dieting, for good.
